Project Engineer

Develop plans for surface transportation projects, according to established engineering standards and state or federal construction policy. Prepare designs, specifications, or estimates for transportation facilities. Plan modifications of existing streets, highways, or freeways to improve traffic flow.

Our company is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities;
  • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field;
  • Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions;
  • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support;
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders;
  • Design with AutoCAD (will take about 75 percent of your time);
  • Stakeholder relations Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues;
  • Test and deploy applications and systems;
  • Providing technical support for existing applications;
  • Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages risk, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued;
  • Close customer interaction;
  • Design & Develop motor/Heater control for table top laboratory equipment;
  • Creating the engineering design concept/ philosophy definition;
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages;
  • Report project progress and technical evaluations time to time and drive projects to completion.

Requirements:

  • 6+ year experience in working on electrical control & Circuits;
  • Familiarity with Fly-back transformer based power supply design;
  • Hands-on hardware design and development experience in power circuits;
  • Experience in working on Heater & Motor PID control based system;
  • Knowledge on Safety regulatory & EMC requirements for products;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering;
  • High voltage power supply design experience.
