Our company is looking for a Sales Support to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sending the quotes to the customers;
- Periodic review with Sales and operations on business development;
- Updating the Quote log for Enquiries won and lost;
- Follow up on business Inquiries like Sea Freight/ Air Freight/ Etc as per RFQ agreed;
- Handling Large & Potential accounts;
- Preparing formal quotation with the consent of Sakes and Operation;
- Quarterly Business Review with Sales and Customer for feedback;
- Preparing the SOPs as well CLAs.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5yrs experience in the Sea & Air Logistics;
- Technical knowledge;
- Automobile / Auto Anciliary / Auto Components;
- Handling Airfreight/ Sea freight;
- Negotiation skills;
- Industry.
