Our company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage defect testing and validate software product corrections;
  • Initiates tests, analyzes results, and finds solutions to technical problems;
  • Prepare a detailed test plan/ strategy utilizing knowledge of the functional application;
  • Analyze complex functional/ technical requirements, translate them into test cases;
  • Create and execute manual and automated test plans;
  • Record and document results and compare to expected results;
  • Responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues;
  • Lead Quality Assurance Department to ensure delivery of quality tested software products;
  • Recognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a Software Quality Assurance team Automated Testing experience;
  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical discipline;
  • Ability to manage quality assurance team and provide hands-on assistance as required;
  • Experience in manual and automated software testing techniques;
  • Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed;
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server or comparable integrated development environment.
