Senior Automation Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the requirements and develop test scripts;
- Quick learner to adapt new technologies and automate;
- Value simplicity and usability and work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment;
- Follow the predefined automation process shared by mentor;
- Develop end to end integration test suites based on use cases;
- Write tools to generate relevant test data both on volume and variety;
- Working with remote and geographically distributed teams;
- Working with product management and architects and influencing the roadmap;
- Perform unit testing, functional and system level testing of implemented features using automation testbeds;
- Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation across IT project teams;
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in reputed company in software systems, preferably in networking and security domain.
Requirements:
- Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required. Therefore, employee should have a valid passport.
