Lead Automation Test Engineer (Java, Selenium) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Lead Automation Test Engineer (Java, Selenium) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with customers and mentor/guide team in all of the above skills;
- Be responsible for end-to-end Business Testing and Regression Test Strategies for regular maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience working in multi-location, multi-cultural, mission critical projects is highly preferred;
- Working experience in multiple operating systems like Windows, MAC, UNIX;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Experience in Java programming, needed for coding automation scripts in Selenium;
- Proactive professional, with excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Good knowledge of J2EE technology and design automation framework;
- Java programming skills with exposure to J2EE platform;
- Experience in setting up and configuring test environments is highly preferred;
- Functional Automation tools like UFT, Selenium;
- Awareness of EJB and NetBeans profiler;
- Automation experience in JUnit, Web Services and API Testing;
- 6-12 years of experience working in a similar position.
