Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions. Monitor and respond to operating and error messages. May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolves user problems by answering questions and requests;
  • Starts operations by entering commands;

  • Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer; loading paper into printers and plotters; preparing for output;

  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability;
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share;
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc;
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff;
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths;
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible with schedule;
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Have a good understanding of, and demonstrated affinity for, PCs and related technology;
  • Must be honest, responsible, self-motivated and very willing to learn;
  • Strong and professional communication skills, verbal and written;
  • Power-user level knowledge of, and troubleshooting Windows XP Pro and 7;
  • A solid amount of working experience with MS Office.
