Our company is looking for a Customer Adoption Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Coupa best practice assessments for customers to drive adoption of the Coupa platform;
  • Presenting solutions in written and or oral reports;
  • Working with customers to define the scope of a project, activities and key deliverables;
  • Provide technical, business, and product knowledge in support of driving customer success;
  • Working with other organisations within Coupa as well as the global Customer Adoption Manager team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers;
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering complex custom solutions for an enterprise software company;
  • eProcurement, AP and/or Expense Management experience is desired;
  • Strong customer facing skills, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and an ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Must be able to travel if required ( 20%);
  • Experience in Procurement is a plus with some background in Sourcing;
  • Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS deployments and supporting architecture.
