Customer Adoption Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Adoption Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Coupa best practice assessments for customers to drive adoption of the Coupa platform;
- Presenting solutions in written and or oral reports;
- Working with customers to define the scope of a project, activities and key deliverables;
- Provide technical, business, and product knowledge in support of driving customer success;
- Working with other organisations within Coupa as well as the global Customer Adoption Manager team.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers;
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex custom solutions for an enterprise software company;
- eProcurement, AP and/or Expense Management experience is desired;
- Strong customer facing skills, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and an ability to work well in a team environment;
- Must be able to travel if required ( 20%);
- Experience in Procurement is a plus with some background in Sourcing;
- Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS deployments and supporting architecture.
