Our company is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Free flow written communication skills and excellent oral skills required;
• Championing a test mindset across unit, integration, functional, resiliency testing;
• Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly-complex level within certain areas of expertise;
• Help troubleshoot issues;
• creating a test plan;
• Very good knowledge of relevant standards and technology ;
• rebuilding the corrected software application;
• Report and track software defects. Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team;
• Develop metrics and trend analysis on test execution;
• Should be able to execute test cases and validate the test results;
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities;
• ensuring the product is culturally compatible with the target market;
• Use independent judgment outside of established procedures;
• Accountable for adherence to established test standards and procedures;
• Collaborate with team to develop effective strategies and test plans.

Requirements:

• A good understanding of business;
• PG: M.Tech – Computers, MCA – Computers, M.Sc – Computers;
• Strong programming knowledge;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Strong project orientation with excellent team involvement, business/BT coordination and good written and verbal communication skills;
• Log defects and work with development teams to establish defect validity;
• Knowledge of Performance & Security testing is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience in testing of projects using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc;
• Excellent problem solver and critical thinker;
• Design and implement test automation framework using open source;
• Sound Knowledge of SQL;
• Web applications and mobile device testing is essential;
• Hands-on experience with both grey box and black box testing;
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Meticulous approach to work.
