PHP Web Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a PHP Web Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers;
- Responsible for developing/updating for web development modules or application development modules;
- Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms;
- Good at visualization, making Clean Web layouts and follow clean coding standards;
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3;
- Good knowledge of XML/JSON, XHTML, CSS/Javascript, Modules i.e. API integration , Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards;
- Excellent skills and knowledge in: LAMP Web development: Object oriented PHP, MySQL;
- Minimum 3 years experience in developing medium and large web applications and dynamic websites;
- Standard: HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON;
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Programming;
- Open Source packages: WordPress (plugin development);
- Framework: CodeIgniter;
- Web integration: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Object Oriented PHP 4.0 or PHP 5 or C or C ;
- Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts;
- Knowledge of Web Page Opening and control in Java Script;
- Linux: file system, users and access right, Apache configuration, MySQL configuration, performance tuning, security;
- Strong programming knowledge;
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in PHP programming applications and database design;
- Ability to modify existing modules or develop new modules;
- Fresher&rsquos can also apply any training or certification courses from any renowned PHP institute will be preferred;
- Knowledge of HTML or DHTML or XHTML, CSS, Javascript & Ajax;
- Outstanding problem solving, logical skills;
- Willing to learn new skills and never give up attitude;
- Extensive Coding Experience;
- E-Commerce Solutions (preferably Magento);
- Understanding of JQuery, AJAX, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3;
- Experience in HTML, CSS, XHTML, XML, JavaScript, Linux/Apache, MySQL, PHP.
