Our company is looking for a Hadoop System Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the availability and performance of NGDATA’s IEP Platform at the different clients of NGDATA;
- Troubleshoot incidents and problems on the Hadoop and cloud infrastructure;
- Handle the cluster management (capacity monitoring, workload management, resource management and capacity planning);
- Manage the cluster expansion when required;
- Design and define the Hadoop and cloud setup for new clients;
- Design and define a plan to automate regular server and cluster maintenance procedures;
- Maintain the Hadoop and cloud setup for existing clients (capacity monitoring, workload management, resource management, capacity planning).
