Our company is looking for a App Dev Team Mgmt (Application Development) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating offerings for Morgan Stanley Wealth @ Work using products such as Stock Plan Connect, Stock Plan Brokerage Account and Financial Wellness;
- Cybersecurity monitoring of internet facing assets;
- Building the authorization and entitlements platform;
- Building the next generation digital client on-boarding portals like MSAI;
- Building the containers for the client facing portals such as MSOnline and MSMobile;
- Partner with the cloud migration team to help create a path for migration for MSOnline;
- Partner with the other application development teams to front to back solutions that benefit the business;
- Collaborate with the WM business to identify new business requirements and lead the technology team to deliver those requirements;
- Having an oversight responsibility for the related Client Platforms teams in India.
Requirements:
- Building the containers for the client facing portals such as MSOnline and MSMobile;
- 15+ years of technical leadership experience in technology, preferably in Financial Services;
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Creating offerings for Morgan Stanley Wealth @ Work using products such as Stock Plan Connect, Stock Plan Brokerage Account and Financial Wellness;
- Cybersecurity monitoring of internet facing assets;
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration and negotiations skills;
- Extensive experience with cloud migration of applications designed for on-prem deployment;
- Building the next generation digital client on-boarding portals like MSAI;
- Building the authorization and entitlements platform.
