Senior Functional Consultant – Partner Enablement Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant – Partner Enablement to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with various teams within Icertis as well as with partners;
- Participate in the system configuration and deployment activities for multiple projects;
- Provide feedback on the implementation and customer experience;
- Be a pillar for the Icertis Partner success team ensuring all relevant Implementation support is provided to partner teams;
- Participate in the scoping, scheduling and effort estimation of all requirements;
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Work closely with Icertis partner success manager, partner and client project managers to ensure compliance with checkpoints;
- Be accountable for Icertis delivery assurance and implementation support;
- Facilitate strong, trusted relationships with partners;
- Assist in the execution of Icertis product implementations for enterprise customers across industries;
- Review projects on a regular basis, and provide guidance to the partner teams as part of the Icertis Delivery assurance practice.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must have an Engineering degree from a reputed institute; an MBA in a related field will be a distinct advantage;
- History of successfully participating in strategic partnerships globally;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking on multiple levels of abstraction;
- Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is highly preferred;
- Passion for SaaS cloud-based offerings and experience with enterprise professional services and delivery;
- Should be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- 5+ years’ experience in Professional services;
- Demonstrate strategic understanding of the business needs;
- Proven track record of consulting and successfully managing complex projects and implementations globally;
- Ability to work independently and across teams;
- High degree of ethics and integrity;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Highly collaborative and ability to excel in a complex, matrixed environment.
