Our company is looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team.


  • End to end Metrics tracking for all projects as well all metrics of the system;
  • Build customer reports and present findings on a regular basis;
  • Analyzing potential opportunities in customers CRM;
  • Working with Machine Learning team to develop algorithms for lead prioritization;
  • Working with the customer success team and creating in-depth CRM analytics reports;
  • Working with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of existing systems.


  • 0-1 years of experience;
  • Engineering background is a plus;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Proficient critical thinking, problem-solving, decision making and leadership capabilities;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills – strong working experience of Microsoft Excel.
