Business Processes Senior Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business Processes Senior Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP project tasks and provide subject matter expertise and best practice recommendations;
- Facilitate complex issue resolution that arise in support projects;
- Coordinate with cross-functional team to resolve defects and ensure that test documentation and processes are followed;
- Ensure performance and build quality throughout the development life cycle through rigorous testing processes;
- Develop plan for content and code reusability with the intended goal of improving operational efficiency during implementation;
- Perform EOD Job Monitoring and fix any issues that arise during EOD job runs;
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide recommendations for technical strategies, approach and solutions;
- Coordinate with business process owners, functional and technical staff to design, customize and implement solutions to meet customer requirements.

- Deposit and Loans Management (10%);
- Strong experience in the following modules of SAP Banking solutions and relevant products Payments (60%);
- Account Services (10%).
