We're Hiring: General Manager (Must Experience : Gypsum Board Manufacturing) Location : East Africa Reports To: Board of Directors We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a growing organization in the Gypsum Board manufacturing industry. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive business growth, operational excellence, and sustainable practices. Key Requirements 15–20 years of overall experience Minimum 5 years as a Profit Center Head in a Gypsum Board manufacturing company Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise Role Overview The General Manager will: Drive strategic growth and market expansion Lead end-to-end operations including production, distribution, and sales Ensure financial performance and profitability targets are met Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers Ensure compliance, governance, and sustainability practices Key Focus Areas Achieve targeted revenue growth Improve EBITDA margins Expand into new markets and distribution channels Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency Enhance employee engagement and retention Ensure full regulatory and environmental compliance Why Join?
