- Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Rotational Week-Off
- Experience: Freshers Welcome
- Work Type: Part-time and full-time both
The Role:
- We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team.
- The primary role is to handle inbound customer calls, understand customer queries, and provide accurate solutions with empathy and professionalism.
Education:
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma. Graduates preferred.
Communication:
- Good English + Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam advantage
Computer Skills:
- Basic MS Office and typing.
- Patience, empathy, problem-solving, and positive attitude.
Availability:
- Must be flexible for 9am-6pm / 12pm-9pm shifts and rotational week-offs including weekends.
