Key responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and schedule production as per demand and organizational targets
- Manage and monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
- Coordinate production planning and adjust schedules based on requirements
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery commitments
- Optimize resource utilization including manpower, materials, and machinery
- Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks
- Maintain production records and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless production workflow Skill(s) required
