Finance Manager (Investment Planning & Analysis)

Job description : The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic guidance to management on new project investments. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information to support the company's objectives. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvements. - Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. - Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Manage and maintain accounting software and financial systems. - Develop and implement improvements to financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements : - Bachelor's / Masters degree in Accounting, Finance - 10+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
