Finance Manager - Planning and Analysis

Proficient in financial modeling to forecast company financial performance based on market trends and business strategies.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex financial information and provide insights for decision-making.
Experience in budget management, including planning, monitoring, analyzing, and correcting budgetary performances.
Expertise in risk management to identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Advanced Excel skills for creating detailed financial reports and models that require advanced functions and features.
Familiarity with ERP systems to aid in streamlining financial processes and improving data accuracy and availability.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure all financial practices align with legal and industry standards.
Capability in cost analysis to identify and optimize cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product or service quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
Create and analyze financial reports to aid in business decision-making and financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various business initiatives and strategies.
Manage budgeting processes including allocations, forecasting, and monitoring budget adherence and performance.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data and suggest necessary actions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards to safeguard the organization against risks of non-compliance.
Liaise with different departments to facilitate cost analysis and advise on cost-effective business solutions.
Implement and manage ERP systems focusing on financial modules to enhance reporting quality and business processes.
Regularly assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
