Finance Manager - Planning and Accounting

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and accounting.
Develop and monitor financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
Partner with management to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
