As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our company by engaging with customers over the phone and promoting our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to Pencil Bitz products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
3. Achieve daily and monthly targets for customer interactions and sales conversions.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. Continuously improve communication skills through training and feedback.
7. Represent Pencil Bitz in a professional and positive manner at all times.
