Our company is looking for a SAP Concur Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create of Global Client T&E Process Template and promote client template positioning and adherence during the deployments;
  • Ability to create and deliver functional documentation, such as CID, T&E policies and process documentation;
  • Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management;
  • Ability to perform issue identification, communications, and resolutions for moderately complex issues;
  • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative/technical success;
  • Conduct solution demosand functional knowledge transfer sessions according to methodology standards;
  • Cognos report design capabilities (Analytics and/or Intelligence) is a plus;
  • Work and collaborate with the Client Project Manager to prioritize workload and agree client SLA;
  • Communicate consistently and regularly client issue status and progress as per schedule with the Project Manager;
  • Manage multiple SAP Concurrent complex, global, multi-phased implementations following SAP Concur’s implementation methodology;
  • Ability to review iterative deliverable versions with the client to ensure appropriate sign-off procedures;
  • Ability to set up credit card feeds, validate feed connectivity, and plan & execute credit card related cut-over tasks;
  • Be aware of and comply with all companypolicies;
  • Ability to conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by other Implementation/Functional Consultants;
  • Conduct Design Delivery (onsite or remote).

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines;
  • 4+ years of total experience in SAP Concur Implementation and Production Support preferred;
  • Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent business administration or engineering degree preferred;
  • Functional consulting experience preferred;
  • Successful experience working directly with clients to resolve complex implementation issues;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow-up system to ensure timely and accurate handling of information requests;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills(Ability to communicate and write emails in proficient business English);
  • Ability to travel: 25-75%
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular Microsoft Excel;
  • Prior experience in client-facing role;
  • Ability to pass a background check;
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
