Junior SAP ABAP Workflow Consultant Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a Junior SAP ABAP Workflow Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, code, and integrate programming specifications, forms andinterfaces;
  • Try, test, and perform data transfers, customize, test and runsystem errors, bug fixes to ensure a complete integration and acceptance;
  • Knowledge of the open source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks;
  • Should be willing to travel/relocate on short notice for short andlong term assignments at client sites;
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles patterns and best practices;
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning;
  • Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science,Engineering with a relative 3-5 years of work experience in SAP ABAP Workflow;
  • Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces such as touch.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding or working experience in IDoc will be a plus;
  • Knowledge of SAP Portal Technology and Fiori is a plus;
  • Should be good at UI5 / iOS/ Android and changes in logic;
  • Should possess intermediary skills in Module Pool programming;
  • Experience developing custom Workflow templates and tasks with data bindings, developing custom Business objects, create custom events, etc;
  • Ability to accurately interpret ABAP programming and translatethem to documents;
  • Should possess extraordinary Interpersonal skills, should beflexible to work on tight deadlines with limited supervision;
