Our company is looking for a Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The Teacher is responsible for putting up the display board in her class every week;
- The Teacher should take care of every child in the centre, not only her class;
- The Teacher follows reports such as Daily evaluation, Daily observation, Attendance Register and Daily reports;
- The Teacher must be fully aware of the theme of the week and the content of the activities;
- The Teacher helps in feeding the children till they are independent;
- The Teacher must be willing to step in to any class in case the Teacher of that class is absent or any such similar situations;
- The Teacher participates in the weekly lesson plan;
- The Teacher must ensure the child’s shoe box, bag hanger, bed linen kit is ready before a new child joins;
- The Teacher should make sure she gives the assistant teacher ample chance to conduct the curriculum and guide her in every step and give feedback;
- The Teacher can at no point raise her voice or be rude with a child;
- Coordinate with parents and schedule regular meetings to discuss the progress of the students;
- Conduct in-house and outdoor educational activities for the students;
- Attend educational seminars and workshops to improve your professional skills;
- Use audio and visual techniques to facilitate learning;
- Monitor students’ performances and gauge their abilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education;
- Ability to handle a large number of students;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Patient candidates will be preferred;
- Understanding of teaching practices and educational guidelines;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Should be willing to teach students in the most creative way;
- 2+ years of experience as a Teacher in any educational institution.
