Maths Teacher Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Maths Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Use audio and visual techniques to facilitate learning;
- Observe the behavior of students and help them improve it;
- Monitor students’ performances and gauge their abilities;
- Keep the classroom neat and clean;
- Conduct in-house and outdoor educational activities for the students;
- Attend educational seminars and workshops to improve your professional skills;
- Observe the ability level of all students and help them develop their skills;
- Attend school meetings about curriculum and guidelines;
- Coordinate with parents and schedule regular meetings to discuss the progress of the students;
- Maintain discipline in the class;
- Ensure that the lesson plans are in compliance with national curriculum guidelines and rules;
- Create lesson plans that meet established school curriculum models;
- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for the students.
Requirements:
- Should be willing to teach students in the most creative way;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Understanding of teaching practices and educational guidelines;
- 3+ years of experience as a Teacher in any educational institution;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Having basic computer knowledge with exposure in using Ms office;
- Ability to handle a large number of students;
- Patient candidates will be preferred;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education with B.Ed preffered.
