Our company is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback to R&D;
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build;
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions;
  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions;
  • Support deployment of solution;
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers to design and deliver scalable solutions;
  • Design skill blueprints and detailed documentation for the associated skill;
  • Run / Support meetings / workshops with prospects / customers, ranging from early discovery sessions to detailed final presentations;
  • Participate in solution reviews with the leadership team;
  • Act as a member of a high-performance organization by engaging in value add activities that leverage the collective capabilities of the team;
  • Understand and incorporate apt process, tools & accelerators in the solutions;
  • He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges;
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Dropthought platform and products;
  • Provide thought leadership and ensure that customer engagements are aligned to Dropthought Implementation Best Practices;
  • Participate in AMS/ ADM strategic initiatives to industrialize the solutions process and to enhance the competitiveness of AMS/ ADM proposals.

Requirements:

  • Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer;
  • Minimum years of experience: (Recruiter/Manager to supply);
  • Education: (Recruiter to supply educational requirements);
  • Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design, Fiber Network Design and Site Energy Design;
  • Domain experience: (Recruiter to supply area of expertise – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.);
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills a must, Sales or Marketing capabilities will be an added advantage;
  • Good understanding of AMS/ ADM Estimation, pricing methods and commercial aspects;
  • Good understanding of Service level (SLAs), service credits/ penalties;
  • Understanding of industry trends like Automation, DevOps, IOT, Cloud, Digital Manufacturing is expected;
  • Good understanding of the competitive bidding scenario, the competitors and bench markers;
  • Good hands on skill on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required;
  • Good team player and ability to mentor and guide junior members is important;
  • Exposure to due-diligence, portfolio analysis, transition, roll-out, refresh processes will be preferred;
  • ServiceNow or equivalent cert required: IT Service Management, Certified System Administrator. Certified Application Developer;
  • Be proactive, flexible and display the appropriate level of creativeness in delivering solutions.
