Our company is looking for a Intern – Customer Success (Sustenance Engineering) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be a part of the Customer Success group;
  • You will work closely with Champions and Technical lead to work on support issues;
  • You will work on troubleshooting issue, fixing defects and implementing customization.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in shifts. (If converted to FTE);
  • 60% in Graduation, HSC and SSC;
  • Strong aptitude of troubling shooting, programming, good reasoning skills, problem solving capabilities;
  • Confident, articulate, and professional conversational abilities;
  • Conceptually good at databases;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. (Computer Science/ Information Technology);
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC and support function;
  • Looking for freshers;
  • Thorough knowledge of OOP concept;
  • Comprehensive Knowledge in C#, .NET, JS, HTML, CSS.
