Full Stack Developer Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software;
  • Participate in the complete software development life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment of the product;
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and design mobile-based features;
  • Lead proof of concept and prototyping for innovative ideas;
  • Thinking not limited by technology stacks. Openness to learn and move to new technology stacks with relative ease;
  • Drive the work estimation, product design, development to meet the expectations and timelines;
  • Develop quality mockups and prototypes;
  • Support and maintain deployed product;
  • Implementation of security and data protection;
  • Work on new technologies and solutions independently;
  • Leverage cutting edge technologies to power the solutions;
  • PHP or Java based server side programming languages;
  • Consulting with customer support team or customers to identify their pain points;
  • Take an idea to production – architect, build, test and deploy;
  • Reviewing code of other team members and suggest/make changes to keep code as modular and reusable as possible.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ReactJS, React Native etc.);
  • 3 – 4 years of development experience in developing responsive user interface for single page application;
  • Minimum Education: B.E/B.Tech Minimum Experience and Skills: 1- 3 Years of Experience in HTML ,CSS ,Javascript , Full stack Development;
  • Experience developing connected platforms/products;
  • Frameworks/Libraries -Node.js,Mongo DB, React Js, Can JS, jQuery, Highcharts/Highstock, Bootstrap, HTML5,Angular JS;
  • Good understanding of layout aesthetics and SEO principles;
  • Java / Dot Net;
  • Good knowledge of J2EE technologies (Core Java, Spring framework, Hibernate/eclipse link, web services (REST, SOAP);
  • 3 to 6 years’ in software product development;
  • Experience with one of the following – BackboneJS / AngularJS / ReactJS / Javascript / Typescript / ES6;
  • 4 – 6 years of experience of web development;
  • Should be proficient in implementation of well-known design and architectural pattern;
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript;
  • Exposure to Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, Skills in one or more chosen frameworks/libraries like jQuery or Bootstrap;
  • Familiar with JQuery, RequireJS, KnockoutJS, AngularJS.
