Senior Consultant – Inside Sales Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Consultant – Inside Sales to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- sf.com and Outreach experience would be a plus;
- Call and qualify sales leads;
- Record prospect information into CRM database;
- Answer inbound calls and emails;
- Make cold outbound calls to target accounts;
- Manage a pipeline of leads, while meeting/exceeding Inbound Sales Service Level Agreements;
- Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Icertis Contract Management System;
- Interface frequently with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Presales and Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful software sales or customer facing experience;
- Experience selling to C-Suite (Fortune 5000 would be a plus);
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required.
