Our company is looking for a Senior Consultant – Inside Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • sf.com and Outreach experience would be a plus;
  • Call and qualify sales leads;
  • Record prospect information into CRM database;
  • Answer inbound calls and emails;
  • Make cold outbound calls to target accounts;
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, while meeting/exceeding Inbound Sales Service Level Agreements;
  • Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Icertis Contract Management System;
  • Interface frequently with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Presales and Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful software sales or customer facing experience;
  • Experience selling to C-Suite (Fortune 5000 would be a plus);
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required.
