Requirements:
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software, such as 3D Studio Max;
- Helping with optimization of the overall layout flow and utilization;
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field;
- In depth knowledge in the interior design space;
- Knowledge of architectural building systems, sustainability and LEED guidelines;
- Validation of all necessary functional details (Accesses, doors, wardrobes, cabinets, etc…) in terms of location, sizing and installation validity;
- Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality;
- 3- 5 years’ experience in residential & commercial interior design;
- Chartered Professional Engineering certificate or equivalent is preferred;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. 3dsMAX are a plus;
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles;
- He should demonstrate perfect understanding to BIM concepts in general;
- He should have hands-on and good understanding to REVIT software as well;
- Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field is preferred.
