Motion Graphic Artist (3 to 5 Years) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Motion Graphic Artist (3 to 5 Years) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics;
- Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve design issues;
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc;
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards;
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics;
- Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming convention and organization of files;
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.);
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques;
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards;
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design;
- repair design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project;
- Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Requirements:
- Solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro;
- Experienced in 2D and 3D character animation using After Effects;
- Time and resource management skills; Work well under pressure;
- Ability to learn fast and take direction;
- Strong foundation in the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, color correction and audio mixing;
- Working knowledge in Flash and video editing softwares will be nice to have;
- Have passion for motion design and storytelling.
