About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to property owners and prospective clients.2. Understand and record client/property requirements.
3. Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
4. Schedule office meetings and property/site visits.
5. Maintain accurate calling, lead, and follow-up records.
6. Coordinate qualified opportunities with the sales team.
7. Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
8. Attend to and assist clients visiting the office, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the sales team as required.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Interpersonal skills
