About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable property options.2. Plan and conduct property site visits to give clients a clear and informed view of each property.
3. Maintain thorough and accurate records of all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
4. Consistently follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and convert leads into sales.
5. Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal progression and timely closures.
6. Develop strong expertise in company projects, pricing, and features to communicate confidently with clients.
7. Address client queries promptly and deliver exceptional support to build long-term relationships.
