About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Meet prospective investors, IFAs, and Financial Advisors to introduce Polemarch's unlisted and pre-IPO investment opportunities.2. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local events.
3. Explain investment opportunities and company information clearly to clients.
4. Follow up with interested clients and assist in converting leads into customers.
5. Coordinate with the Backend Team for KYC, documentation, and client onboarding.
6. Attend investor meetups, CA/IFA events, and networking events.
7. Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM.
8. Work toward monthly Sales and Client Acquisition targets.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Freshers are welcome to apply.
3. Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
4. Comfortable meeting people and travelling within Bengaluru.
5. Basic interest or understanding of Finance and Investments; training will be provided.
6. Self-motivated and willing to work toward assigned targets.
7. A valid driving licence is mandatory; a two-wheeler will be provided for official field travel.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
