About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach preschools and educational institutions.2. Schedule meetings with school management to introduce Sporty Vibes programs.
3. Present company profiles and sports program proposals.
4. Build long-term relationships with school administrators.
5. Coordinate marketing activities with coaching teams.
6. Organize promotional events, sports demonstrations, and trial sessions.
7. Promote Sports Day events and parent engagement programs.
8. Generate enquiries through marketing.
9. Maintain CRM and lead database.
10. Follow up with schools and prospective clients.
11. Coordinate with the operations team for successful onboarding.
12. Collect testimonials, photos, and videos for promotions.
13. Analyze competitors and market trends.
14. Identify new opportunities for business growth.
15. Suggest innovative marketing strategies.
16. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
17. Track campaign performance, enquiries, conversions, and ROI.
18. Maintain records of school visits and marketing activities.
