About the job
Key responsibilities:
A. Lead Management & Sales Conversion1. Contact and qualify assigned leads within 15 minutes using approved communication channels.
2. Handle leads from social media and other approved sources, conduct timely follow-ups, and schedule qualified meetings.
3. Follow approved sales scripts and processes, share authorized promotional/service information, and maintain accurate lead records and follow-up actions in Zoho CRM.
4. Ensure all assigned leads are actively managed with no unattended or pending leads. B. Client Relationship & Sales Process Management
1. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process.
2. Understand client requirements and communicate relevant firm services accurately.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for service-related clarifications and ensure timely, professional client communication.

1. 6 months–1 year of experience in interior sales.
2. Candidates with an interior design/fit-out background and an interest in sales are preferred.
3. Good communication and client-handling skills.
4. Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
5. Strong understanding of client requirements and sales follow-up.
