About the job
We are looking for an execution-focused 'Social Media & Video Editing Executive' to join our team. This is a hands-on, high-output creator role where your primary focus is producing high-quality short-form video edits, designing social creatives, and handling day-to-day posting and publishing. You will receive clear briefs and raw assets; your role is to edit cleanly, turn deliverables around fast, and execute without friction.
Key responsibilities: 1. Video Editing: Edit 3-5 high-retention vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) weekly using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Handle pacing, hooks, clean cuts, sound design, auto-captions, and trending audio.2. Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social carousels, static announcement posts, and story templates using Canva or Photoshop/Illustrator.
3. Content Publishing & Management: Schedule, post, and format captions, hashtags, and thumbnails across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook via Meta Business Suite.
4. Asset Management: Keep raw video footage, exported files, project files, and finished graphics neatly structured on Google Drive.
5. Basic Community & Trend Tracking: Monitor incoming comments/DMs, flag relevant inquiries, and identify trending audio/reel formats applicable to our brand.

1. Have proven, hands-on experience editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, or Shorts) and static social graphics.
2. Possess their own reliable laptop/PC and stable high-speed internet capable of editing and exporting 1080p/4K video without lag.
3. Follow creative directions meticulously, communicate clearly on deadlines, and incorporate revision feedback without delay.
4. Can submit a live portfolio (Google Drive or Behance link) featuring past video edits and graphics. (Applications without a portfolio link will be automatically rejected).
5. Are available for full-time work and interested in transitioning into a permanent full-time role based on performance.
