Role Description The Sales Executive role at WPS Pools LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, meet prospective clients, and present appropriate pool and water solution offerings. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales meetings and site visits, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, following up on inquiries, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and ensuring timely project handover. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, provide regular reports, and support local marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and partner outreach.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in construction, hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Ability to understand technical or design concepts and translate them into clear, value-focused proposals for clients.
• Comfort with fieldwork, including site visits across Mumbai and nearby regions, and flexibility in scheduling based on client availability.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing quotations, documentation, and sales reports.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in pool solutions, water treatment, or building services is an advantage but not mandatory.
