About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.2. Assist clients in setting up and navigating software or systems.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
4. Promote the value of products and services by delivering exceptional support.
5. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of technical issues.
6. Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support or development teams.
7. Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, and training materials to enhance customer onboarding and experience.
8. Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize product adoption and usability.
9. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to systems, processes, or services.
10. Monitor and report on client feedback to improve support strategies and product development.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related technical field.

4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive client relationships.
5. Experience in developing and delivering training or educational materials.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
9. Experience with troubleshooting software, networking, or systems issues is highly desirable.
