About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop knowledge of digital advertising platforms, online campaigns, and ad account troubleshooting.2. Partner with internal teams to deliver effective product and partnership solutions for clients.
3. Support business development activities by engaging with new and existing client leads.
4. Act as an account coordinator to facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
5. Analyse marketing data to identify trends, customer insights, and business opportunities.
6. Help optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google's advertising platforms.
7. Learn about existing and emerging advertising products and their applications for different clients.
8. Apply AI-based solutions to improve digital advertising performance and productivity.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute digital marketing strategies.
10. Participate in structured training while gaining hands-on experience in digital business marketing projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a Digital Business Marketing role after graduation.
- Experience using Google Workspace or similar productivity applications.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Experience using spreadsheet software is preferred.
- Previous work experience in Sales, Business Development, Digital Advertising, Customer Service, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and organisational abilities.
- Interest in building a career in Digital Marketing.
- Ability to assess situations and recommend effective solutions.
- Willingness to work full-time in person throughout the 24-month apprenticeship.
- Resume must clearly mention the year of graduation.
- Must possess an active Aadhaar-linked mobile number and personal email ID.
- Must have an Aadhaar-seeded bank account.
- Must satisfy all government apprenticeship eligibility requirements.
- Previous apprenticeship experience must comply with the Apprentices Act guidelines.
- Location transfer is not permitted after onboarding.
- This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
