About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Learn and follow coding standards while ensuring compliance with software quality guidelines.2. Support the development of software applications across assigned projects and technology platforms.
3. Contribute to software implementation, unit testing, integration, and debugging activities.
4. Apply knowledge gained during the apprenticeship to real-world software development projects.
5. Test code according to team guidelines to ensure high-quality and reliable software deliverables.
6. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve software solutions.
7. Learn and use programming languages and development tools required for project execution.
8. Participate in software design, coding, testing, and project management activities.
9. Solve technical challenges by applying analytical thinking and structured problem-solving techniques.
10. Complete technical training while contributing to live software development projects throughout the apprenticeship.

Other requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Less than 1 year of experience in software application development.
- Programming experience in at least one coding language.
- Experience using Google Workspace or similar productivity tools is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new programming languages based on project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Passion for technology demonstrated through personal projects or continuous learning.
- Willingness to work full-time in person throughout the 12-month apprenticeship.
- Resume must clearly mention the year of graduation.
- Must possess an active Aadhaar-linked mobile number and personal email ID.
- Must have an Aadhaar-seeded bank account.
- Must satisfy all government apprenticeship eligibility requirements.
- Previous apprenticeship experience must comply with the Apprentices Act guidelines.
- Location transfer is not permitted after onboarding.
- This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
