We are currently hiring for the positions of Interior Designers and Senior Interior Designers. Immediate joiners only.
Location: Bangalore - Multiple areas (JP Nagar, Marathalli, Electronic City, Whitefield, Sarjapura, Hennur, HRBR Layout)
We seek Interior Designers and Senior Interior Designers who can beautifully blend design creativity with sales strategy. If you have a passion for interiors and a strong sales mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Meet clients to understand their interior design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Create innovative and practical design concepts for residential spaces.
- Develop 2D layouts, mood boards, and 3D design presentations.
- Recommend materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, and décor solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and project execution team for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure designs are aligned with company quality standards and timelines.
- Conduct client presentations and design discussions confidently.
- Manage revisions and provide design solutions based on customer feedback.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and market practices.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s in B.Arch / B.Design (must-have)
✅ 1–5 years of experience in residential interior design.
✅ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
✅ Strong communication, client handling, and sales closure skills.
