Role Description The Amazon Catalogue Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and optimizing Amazon product listings, including images, infographics, A+ content, and layout to align with brand guidelines and marketplace best practices. The designer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather product information, understand target audiences, and create visually compelling catalogue assets that improve click-through and conversion rates. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating existing listings, maintaining consistency across the catalogue, monitoring listing performance, and implementing design improvements based on analytics and feedback. The role also includes staying current with Amazon policies, design trends, and competitor practices to keep product catalogues competitive and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality product images, A+ content, and listing creatives for e-commerce platforms
• Create social media creatives, banners, and promotional content
• Develop and maintain brand identity across all touchpoints
• Design product packaging, labels, and inserts aligned with brand guidelines
• Enhance product visuals to improve conversions and brand appeal
• Ensure consistency in branding across online and offline materials
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and launches
• Edit and retouch images as per brand guidelines
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (E-commerce + Packaging preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva • Strong understanding of branding, packaging design, and marketplace guidelines
• Good sense of typography, color, and layout
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
