About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic website traffic.
2. Perform on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, content optimization, and internal linking.
3. Support off-page SEO through backlink building and relevant directory submissions.
4. Monitor website performance, rankings, and traffic using Google Analytics and SEO tools.
5. Assist in planning and executing SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility.
6. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new SEO and digital marketing opportunities.
7. Support Google Ads, SEM, and basic paid digital marketing campaigns when required.
8. Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations. Sometimes make changes in Website itself.
9. Manage and support social media and Facebook Ads activities for digital campaigns.
10. Prepare regular SEO performance reports and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes.

Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 /year
