About the job
As a Sales Advisor at Zell Education, you will have the exciting opportunity to guide prospective students towards achieving their academic and career goals. Your role will involve utilizing your excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with clients and provide them with detailed information about our educational programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Engaging with potential students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and interests.2. Providing personalized guidance and advice on our various educational offerings, helping students make informed decisions.
3. Collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for interested candidates.
4. Conducting follow-up activities to nurture leads and maintain relationships with prospective students.
5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
6. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization through effective sales strategies.
7. Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
