Were Hiring: AI QA Lead - 10+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced AI QA Lead to lead the development of an AI-powered QA automation platform for enterprise software products.Location: Bangalore / PuneWork Mode: HybridExperience: 10+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysInterview Process: Virtual + 1 Round In-PersonKey Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end AI-driven test automation pipeline- Design intelligent test generation, execution and self-healing workflows- Define quality gates for coverage, correctness and resilience- Develop test coverage strategies and identify automation gaps- Establish execution quality metrics, reporting and cost tracking- Lead and mentor QA engineers transitioning to AI-assisted automation- Build trustworthy and auditable processes for AI-generated test output- Present quality metrics and delivery progress to senior leadershipWhat Were Looking For:- 10+ years of experience in Software QA with 5+ years in test automation- Strong hands-on experience with modern browser automation frameworks- Experience with Page Object Model (POM) architecture- Strong understanding of test design and automation best practices- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development- Understanding of LLM prompts, agent instructions and context management- Experience evaluating AI-generated test code for quality and resilience- Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, Python or .NET- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD and automated test execution- Experience building evaluation pipelines, metrics and reporting- Proven experience leading QA teams through tooling or methodology transitions- Preferred: Experience in complex enterprise domains such as Banking, Insurance, Taxation, Regulatory or similar industries.
