MRI Software - AI/ML Developer

AI/ML DeveloperExperience : 3 - 6 YearsLocation : IndiaAbout the Role :We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions across Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and structured data.The ideal candidate should have strong Python and AI/ML development experience, with exposure to LLMs, RAG, traditional ML, Azure, APIs, MLOps, and vector databases.Key Responsibilities :- Develop LLM-based applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.- Build and integrate solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, Mistral, or equivalent models.- Develop traditional ML models for classification, regression, clustering, and data analytics.- Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, optimization, and experimentation.- Develop AI solutions using text, image, and structured/tabular data.- Work on Computer Vision use cases, including OCR, document intelligence, and layout analysis.- Develop scalable Python-based APIs and microservices for AI/ML applications.- Build and work with embeddings and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or equivalent.- Deploy and integrate AI/ML models in Azure/cloud environments.- Work with Kubernetes/AKS, serverless APIs, and cloud services as required.- Follow MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.- Collaborate with senior AI engineers, product teams, cloud teams, and global engineering teams.- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, experimentation, and AI R&D initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 3 - 6 years of experience in AI/ML development.- Strong hands-on experience with Python.- Experience in one or more areas of NLP, Generative AI, Computer Vision, or traditional ML.- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Transformers, LangChain, or equivalent AI frameworks.- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases.- Experience with traditional ML algorithms such as classification, regression, and clustering.- Strong understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using Python.- Experience deploying AI/ML applications on Azure or another cloud platform.- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices.- Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, or similar vector databases.- Exposure to OCR, Computer Vision, Document Intelligence, or multi-modal AI is preferred.- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Good to Have :- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).- Experience with CI/CD and automated model deployment.- Exposure to AI agents and advanced RAG architectures.- Experience working with real estate, financial, or document analytics use cases.- Exposure to AI research, experimentation, or innovation initiatives.Why Join the AI Team?- Work on cutting-edge Generative AI and ML solutions.- Gain hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, Computer Vision, and Azure.- Work with global AI and engineering teams.- Opportunity to work on innovative PropTech AI solutions.- Strong learning and career growth opportunities.Benefits :- Annual performance-related bonus.- 6x Flexi Holidays.- Medical insurance coverage for extended family members.- Engaging, inclusive, and collaborative work culture (ref:hirist.tech)
