Virbhu India Pvt Ltd Vadodara (Gujarat) , a wholly owned subsidiary of AK-LLC (USA) , operating in the field of power electronics, has an immediate opening for an IT Support / IT Administrator .

The position will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support and administration, supporting employees with hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 and endpoint-related requirements. The role will also support Microsoft Intune, device management, user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset management, and IT infrastructure activities .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, configuration profiles, application deployment, and basic policy troubleshooting.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, device allocation, access management, and equipment recovery.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper tracking of laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot approved software and applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT support tickets, issue logs, asset records, and technical documentation.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and IP-related issues.
• Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, hardware vendors, and other service providers for issue resolution.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user account-related activities.
• Support IT security requirements, endpoint protection, access control, and company IT policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and inventory.
• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to IT processes.
• Escalate complex infrastructure, security, or application-related issues to the IT Manager or relevant service provider.
• Ensure IT systems and devices are maintained according to company standards and security policies.
• Perform other IT administration and infrastructure-related tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

Minimum Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure support.
