TheBizCFO specializes in providing Virtual CFO and strategic financial management services to B2B clients.

We work with business owners and founders who require professional support in areas such as MIS reporting, cash-flow management, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and strategic financial decision-making.

We are looking for a High-Ticket B2B Sales Executive who understands consultative selling and, most importantly, knows how to close high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified B2B leads and conduct virtual sales meetings with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
• Conduct professional sales and consultation calls primarily through Google Meet and phone calls .
• Understand the prospects business, financial challenges, pain points, and requirements before positioning the right solution.
• Present and explain our Virtual CFO services in a clear and value-driven manner.
• Handle objections related to pricing, trust, urgency, existing consultants, decision-making, and competition.
• Follow a structured sales process from initial consultation to negotiation and final closure.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups with interested prospects without being overly aggressive.
• Maintain proper lead status, follow-up schedules, meeting notes, and sales pipeline.
• Consistently work towards monthly revenue and closure targets.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

The candidate must have prior sales experience and should possess:

• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and consultative selling.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Practical knowledge of sales closing techniques .
• Understanding of high-ticket sales closure strategies .
• Confidence in speaking directly with founders, promoters, and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to identify the real reason behind a prospect's objection and move the conversation towards a decision.
• Experience in conducting and closing deals through Google Meet / video consultations .
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Mandatory High-Ticket Sales Experience

Candidates must have previous experience successfully closing individual deals worth at least 50,000 or more.

Preference will be given to candidates who have sold:

• Professional or consulting services
• Financial or accounting services
• SaaS / B2B solutions
• Agency or marketing services
• Business advisory services
• Other high-ticket B2B services

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to low-ticket, retail, counter sales, or basic telecalling may not be suitable for this role.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply makes calls and explains services.

We are looking for a closer who can understand a business owner's requirements, establish value, confidently handle objections, negotiate professionally, and take qualified opportunities towards closure.

The ideal candidate understands that high-ticket B2B sales is not about pushing a service it is about diagnosing the client's problem, establishing value, building trust, and helping the prospect make a decision.
