As a business development executive at Koncept Global Books (Arihant Publications), you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales management, sales strategy, market research, and marketing campaigns. Your proficiency in MS Excel, written and spoken English, along with your passion for sales, will be key in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in driving business growth by promoting Koncept Global Books' integrated school transformation solutions
2. Build and nurture relationships with principals, school leaders, coordinators, and other decision-makers
3. Conduct market research and school needs assessments to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
4. Gather structured feedback from schools and share actionable insights with the central team
5. Present and position Koncept Global Books' educational solutions to support school development and learning outcomes
6. Identify opportunities to expand existing school partnerships through value-added initiatives
7. Analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and sales data using MS Excel and CRM tools
8. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, customer success, and school transformation teams to execute school engagement plans
9. Represent the organization at school meetings, educational events, workshops, and conferences
10. Maintain accurate records of school visits, stakeholder interactions, market insights, and opportunity pipelines while submitting timely reports

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
